The country and the beach was nice, and that is the only compliment i can give. Thomas Cook should not send UK tourists to this Hotel. If your going to egypt on your honeymoon i would cancel an get ur money back while you still can. It was the worst... read more

I would not advise anyone with young children or disability to go here as there are no lifts. For a newly built five star hotel not to have a lift or bath tubs in all rooms is a disgrace. You don't expect to have to check that a five star hotel which... read more
