Room was adequate,however was situated over the bar terrace area. Had reason to complain well after bar closing time due to adults and children revelling till the early hours.
Security were very prompt.
Maintenance, tile lying in badly chipped bath but maintenance quick to react when informed.Excavation work around pool area not really appreciated whilst trying to relax.
Cleaning and linen replacement very satisfactory.
Bar and restaurant quite acceptable but with the exception of possibly three staff no one seemed particularly interested.
Reception with the exception of Miguel staff did not appear to be over helpful. We needed to confirm transfer details but were left to sort things out for ourselves which took up most of our last days holiday. We booked an early morning call for 5:30 which we did not receive.
Entertainment almost non existent notice board suggesting line dancing for beginners when applying told we may be disruptive due to present class being improvers we could start in November.Any entertainment for us was only to be found off the complex.
A massive influx of Spaniards over the weekend completely shattered any hope of quiet relaxation. All in all not very impressed will not be returning to Albir

small apartment block(24) apleasant 10min walk to the sea front. spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. rooms are large and well equipped. big balcony with a full-sized table and 4 chairs. friendly and helpful staff. small swimming pool also a closed-in jacuzzi. massage and beauty room also. quiet and peaceful area with a good bus service.there is also a great train service for exploring towns north and south of albir.
