Basic apartment, but what we expected. Close to beach and not too far from old town.
Food okay, staff nice.
Beware of taxi drivers - we took a taxi from the old town to the hotel, as we had luggage. The driver tried to charge us 20 lev when it should have been more like 2 lev. I obviously insulted the driver by arguing with him and offering him 5 or nothing. The hotel staff kind of intervened, but maybe could have done more.
Having said that, I love Bulgaria and will be returning. The beaches had a lot of jellyfish but we were told they were harmless.
The sea was very warm and the weather was hot, although it did start to change towards the end of August/beginning of Sept.
