We now go back to this hotel every time we go to bulgaria. With two children under
10, this hotel is perfect for us. The children love to play in the gardens around
the hotel and pool. The natural shade from all the trees along with the sea breeze from
the beach is a refreshing change from most hotels. The rooms are clean and comfortable
and the buffet breakfast is better than most. The staff are always polite and ready
to help. The hotel also has its own private car park, which is great if like us you
have a hire car. We think this hotel is great value for money, and is not too big so
you feel well looked after. We will be back again in 2009.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this newly refurbished hotel and have to say we could not fault it at all. Our room was clean and comfortable, the hotel itself was very welcoming, the staff were lovely and the location is perfect being close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The hotel has its own lovely gardens which have steps leading down to the beach about 5 mins walk away. We stayed bed and breakfast which catered for all nationalities and was always nice altho a bit repetitive! The pool was a little on the small side and a bit crowded at times round poolside but this wasn't a real problem for us as we visited the beach mostly. We would certainly go back to this hotel and it is well worth its 3* rating.

Basic apartment, but what we expected. Close to beach and not too far from old town.
Food okay, staff nice.
Beware of taxi drivers - we took a taxi from the old town to the hotel, as we had luggage. The driver tried to charge us 20 lev when it should have been more like 2 lev. I obviously insulted the driver by arguing with him and offering him 5 or nothing. The hotel staff kind of intervened, but maybe could have done more.
Having said that, I love Bulgaria and will be returning. The beaches had a lot of jellyfish but we were told they were harmless.
The sea was very warm and the weather was hot, although it did start to change towards the end of August/beginning of Sept.

This is a really clean, modern hotel. The bedrooms are quite plush with flat screen satellite TV, cheap minibar, aircon and a decent bathroom. The rooms are cleaned daily by very trustworthy staff. I have read other reviews about things going missing from bedrooms but from our perspective this could not be farther from the truth. We left mobiles and Ipods around and nothing was taken. The bar and restaurant is very nice with a good selection. The pool is abit on the small side and quite shaded but you are literally a stones throw from the beach so it doesn't matter. Nessebar is beautiful, excellent beach, great restaurants. The bars can be a bit quiet but opposite the hotel is a modern bar called The Boulevard which is quite lively. The beer is around 74p a pint and the spirits are also cheap even the imported spirits. Food is also very cheap which is why we decided to go bed and breakfast. The resort is very pretty and welcoming. In truth probably not lively enough for groups of youngsters but when you have children you cannot go wrong. The weather is very warm in the day but tended to cool down a bit at night, in August anyway. I must sat we didn't get bitten at all by mossies and didn't see 1 wasp in the fortnight we were there. They have a very good waterpark which doesn't get too busy. I would say definately a place for families and we are already looking to go back.
