We stayed here for one night as a stopover before flying from Shannon Airport to America. It is only a half an hour drive from Shannon airport and had more facilities than were offered at the airport hotels.
It was generally clean (except for a big stain on the carpet in the corridor). Rooms were compact but pleasantly done out, with small flat screen TV.
The gym, pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room were nice and they provided towels too.
Location is rather out of the way with nothing much in walking distance, but Limerick town centre is only 5 minutes drive away.
The hotel has its own pub and restaurant attached to it, both lack a bit of atmosphere, but are quiet and they provide papers to read and sky sports, if you are just looking for a quiet stopover. Meals were a bit pricy in the restaurant but there was lots of choice and good service. Bar meals looked ok too.
Helpful staff and nice airy and modern lobby. Good overall.

stayed for three nights at the patrick punchs for my birthday with 2 other female friends. from walking into the hotel to leaving i could not fault anything.
the staff were very friendly, the room was fab, spacious room clean bathroom and all with mini tolietries and tea coffee making facitities. We asked reception for an iron and we were very impressed to have one arrive at the door 2minutes later. very impressed with the swimming pool and gym facilities as well as the FREE secure carpark under the hotel.
Its a good 20 minute walk into the town but we hired a car from the airport which was great, you can go where you want when you want and all the main motorway routes just two minutes down the road from the hotel.
Would definatly recommend this hotel to all ages.very impressed by everything!!.
