Lovely spacious grounds large swimming pool all kept clean and tidy,
Pleny of sunbeds and shade was there sept 08 so still very hot,
Sally and viv very cheerful and very helpful,good snacks and drinks,we was they when
XL and Kosmar went bust, the reps where brill even though they had lost they jobs, they got us transport to the airport and on a plane to birmingham only thing is we were going to leeds and bradford airport but coaches were waiting and we was brought home,it did takes us 12 hours all together to get home, felt really sorry for viv and sally as no new guests were comming in and they havent been paid,
Supermarket just over road sells everything,
Fantastic beach and sea plenty of watersports claen beaches and sea,
great night life,can really recomend THE LOFT on club st(hiya to kev and lou}
they have big screens showing all the sports ie football, rugby, free wii for the kids karoke for the adults, also serving good food and cocktails,if you fancy dancing the night away try Qs or head for bar street,
plenty of restaunts try the chinese at the top near the busy rd,or the orion on club st,excellent food and good value for money,
this was the 4th time for us in falariki and have already booked for june 09.

Stayed at The Royal Rose in May 2008 and it was excellent. We were greeted at the airport by our reps and they were very helpful and provided us with lots of information. We arrived very early in the morning but our room was ready for us and was very clean. Comfortable twin beds, a small kitchenette, which was better than we expected and a bathroom with bath and shower. We styaed on the ground floor so we had a patio at the back of the property which was nice and peaceful. We didn't spend much time in the room though.
The pool area was excellent and Viv and her mum were lovely hosts. They made sure that we were looked after. They were great. Our rep Kerry was fantastic. She was very helpful and a great laugh too. We often partied with her into the night.
The location was fab. 5 mins walk to club street and 5 mins further to bar street. It was good to start at the pool bar for a drink then head to the restaurants for some food nearby. You could not hear any noise from the bars or clubs at the apartments.
All in all a fab holiday. The best ever.

Me and my cousin stayed at the Royal Rose apartments and thought it was absolutely fab, we were made to feel very very welcome by Sally and Viv who couldnt do more for you, our room was very clean and fresh towels and if we wanted anything it was no hassle for them.
We arrived on the Sunday morning but had our rep meeting in the afternoon with Kerry and she was fab there were two other couples of girls that were there to and Kerry made sure we sat together we all arranged to go on the bar crawl together and stayed with each other for the whole week so made our week even motre fun and made some fab friends, awaiting to arrange our reunion.
There is a store just across the road from the apartments which was very handy and the bars were just 5 mins away but you couldnt hear any of that from the apartments if you wanted a quiet night.
Resturants we were recomended The Opera House and that was lovely, also the Mexican was absolutely brill so most evening we made sure we had a nice meal and on our last night we went for a chinese and that was lovely to fully recomend them all.
Lastly we had to be out of our rooms by 12pm on the sat but we were not being picked up till 4.05am on the sunday but viv let us have a room from 12pm sat till we left Sunday morning for 37Euros which four of us girls shared.
I would defo recommend the place and would defo go there again as had such a lovely time and met some lovely people

Had a great holiday at these studios and would highly recommend staying here. Family-run business and Viv and her Mum cannot do enough for you - they are so helpful and such lovely people and work very, very hard to ensure their guests are happy. Location is fantastic - less than 5 mins from club street where the bars and restaurants start and 5-10 mins walk to the beach. Supermarket directly opposite the studios so very handy. Swimming pool is kept immaculate and so are the grounds - snack bar offers good range of snacks/meals/drinks. If you have booked to stay at the Royal Rose then you will not be disappointed - I certainly had a great time and would go back tomorrow!!

i had a excellent time when i visited the host viv and sally were lovely people and always very helpful. the room was very clean at all times and the shop just across the road was very handy. i am going again june 09 and i cant wait. its a peaceful place to stay yet not far away from some great bars. i would reccomend to everyone!!!

We have stayed at the Royal Rose twice now, for 2 weeks at a time even visiting the pool and bar when we stayed at another hotel close by, as the Royal Rose was full at the time we went.
The rooms are basic but that is what we expected and everything we needed was available, if not we only needed to request it and it was there, the rooms are very clean with fresh towels every day.
The pool and pool bar is great and the location is fab there is a supermarket right across the road and is brill, the owners are very funny and friendly.
Viv and Sally are very friendly hosts and will do anything to make you feel welcome, their hospitality is brilliant. My mom and her sister came with us and they think it is an absolutely fantastic place, the location is great not too close to the hustle and bustle but there when you want it.
We will be returning to the Royal Rose this year in June 08 and other family members will be joining us on our recommendation.
