The staff are extremely able, polite, and willing to help you in any way they can.
This was demonstrated when the air conditioning was broke in the first two rooms we were checked into, very frustrating, but we were immediately moved to other rooms!
The hotel is clean, and the rooms are generally well maintained, apart from the air-con it seems. There is a lovely little pool area on the roof; however it is unfortunate that after a full day sightseeing around Valencia, the pool area closes early evening, therefore we were unable to have the full benefit of this facility.
The food in the restaurant looks wonderful, but unfortunately it does not taste as good as it appears, and expect to wait for a long time for it. The service in the bar is equally snail-like.
I would advise a trip out to the many wonderful tapas bars of Valencia, which are much less expensive with much higher quality of food. A thoroughly average stay overall.
