Anybody who says that this place is good is a liar, the problems which we had where that firstly the complex was situated too far out of the main town though it was only cheap for taxis only 6 euros a time, also the fact that it is built on a mountain made the walk back up tireing and not the best thing to do when you have been out. another major problem was that not once in the week we stayed was our room cleaned, bins where left unemptied and sheets unchanged, our room also never had adequate kitchen facilities with fridge doors placed on the cubards, and the fridge which we where provided with was unclean, also the shower had no curtain and water seemed to stay lingering around in there for the whole week.

What can I say? What a great holiday, when I first arrived I didn't really know what to expect. We were greeted my two guys Jimmy and Kostas. The rep at the Panaroma was great well done Faz, you made it a great holiday. Janni quality guy to, all the staff there are great.
Cheap drinks and cheap food, great nite life, great holiday. From the one and only Punani.

Myself and my partner arrived at the Panorama Studios around 6am Sunday morning to find that the staff at Panorama Studios had no recollection of our booking, this wasn’t a problem for us as they gave us a room regardless straight away.
We were given room 12 and, wanting to go to sleep straight away, I was annoyed that we had booked a double room - thinking we would get a double bed but Jimmy advised us that they don’t have any!
The room wasn't clean when we arrived which was disappointing but I thought it would be cleaned within the next couple of days so I left this matter.
Nina cooks the best bacon, egg and mushroom sandwich's which always set us up for lazy days at the beach!!
By the third day our room wasn’t cleaned still and obviously the room really needed cleaning by now (as you know you can’t flush used toilet roll!) so I had a word with Jimmy and was promised it to be cleaned the next day. From returning to our rooms the following day our room was not cleaned, this was our fourth day so we asked for clean towel, we were told to wait in our rooms for the cleaners to bring clean towels up.
Half an hour later there was still no sign, this was annoying as it was 8.30pm and we were waiting to get a shower to go out! We eventually got clean towels, and was advised that the rooms only get cleaned once a week! We couldn't believe this and were disgusted, especially as there was little ants in our bathroom! (that's if you would call it a bathroom, more like a wet room as the shower wet everything in there!!)
The staff were very friendly despite the problems with our room and were happy to order taxis for us (5-6Euros) when we needed them.
We went to Rhodes for the day shopping and got roped into going to Club Greece. Do not get in the taxi is all I can say! they tell you you have won the 'STAR PRIZE', and want you to go to their hotel which is a 10min ride in a free taxi so they can talk to you for 90MINS and we don’t know the rest as we left only to find we had missed the shops as they closed for a siesta!!! Marv!!
I wouldn't recommend the Panorama Studios to stay at but it wasn't all bad, the owners are friendly and hotel is in a quiet location away from the noisy centre and the resort is cheap enough.
I would recommend the Opera Restaurant on the 'pub street' and the climax bar is the best on bar street-very friendly!!
P.S We also had to pay 25euros to keep our room on as we were expected to be out of our room by 12noon on Saturday when we didn’t get picked up until 3am Sunday!

Just returned from Falaraki, the beaches are stunning water is warm and sea and beach is clean.Locals are helpful and friendly and give you a very warm welcome and seem genuinely concerned to ensure you have a great holiday.
However, the Panorama apartments I thought were not up to standard; bathroom looked filthy although cleaned regularly, the shower tray had cemented scale and what looked like dirt in it, take flip flops to enjoy your shower. The fridge and freezers didn't look inviting either, no oven, barely any cooking utensils, no kettle or coffee maker. The mattresses in our room may have well just been springs screwed into the bed frame.
The staff were very friendly and helpful which is more than can be said for our Rep who's welcome meeting consisted of "if there is a problem with your room contact the bar staff, if you have an emergency the numbers to ring are on the board and the pharmacy is down the room" she handed us a bit of paper with the trips on it and then disappeared........Where do we get buses to Rhodes - Lindos?? Boat trips to other islands??? Ask the locals - the rep was only interested if you wanted to book a trip from your bit of paper but even they weren't detailed to anyone.
The other downside is having to pay 36 euro for air-con when you have paid enough to get to the hotel in the first place. Didn't think that was on as air-con is a necessity this time of year with temperatures reaching over 35 degrees. Also didn't find the hotel relaxing at all, there were parties going on that started at 3am onwards - sleep was found on the beach under a parasol!
Would go back to the island, but not with Libra or stay at Panorama.

Excellent for a two Star rated accommodation. Our Apartment had quite a lot of room with a large balcony. Two twin beds in one room a kitchen with another single bed in and a bathroom.
Maid service everyday except Sundays who made beds and mopped through as well as empted bins. Kitchen facilities were not up to much, only one pan and little cutlery. Fridge was ok but didn't have Ice compartment so couldn't store much. The two ring cooker was ok for our needs but with one pan couldn't do much.
The hotel itself was very well run by a family. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there were plenty of facilities, a good thing that it was staffed by English staff. The snack bar served snacks all day and restaurant had a good choice of Greek and English food. Pool area had, air hockey and three internet connected computers.
Entertainment every night in the way of a live singer etc.
The Pool was ok and looked clean although our little girl and a few other guests did get a slight skin infection and ear infections, which we were told were probably from the hotel pool.
Location wise, its ok with it costing only 5-6 Euros into the New or Old Town.
Walking will take you about 30 mins but we wouldn't do it till after 8 as its too hot.
We hired a car for 10 days so we could get about easier - One tip do this online as its cheaper by nearly 100 Euros.
Overall considering we have been to Rhodes before it was an excellent hotel and just the right distance from the old / new town if you don't like it too noisy.
We would go again !

Had a fantastic holiday the apartments were great they really lived up to their name it was a spectacular view, but the down side to this was the very steep hill that you had to climb to get to the hotel.
It would be a good idea if the hotel could arrange a courtesy bus as it can work out very expensive if you have to have taxi into town and back at a cost of 6 Euros each way.
We found the Libra Rep most unhelpful all she was interested in was selling the company trips she did not give any local information and when we asked about the local buses were told that they worked on GMT time (Greek Maybe Time), which was totally untrue, as we found out to our advantage they were always on time, cheap, and air conditioned.
The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel and pool were very clean.

What a fabulous holiday! The people were so friendly. The room clean with air con and finally a hotel where you do not need to rush for a sun lounger. There were always plenty for all.
My only negative was not having a shower curtain, not a major problem just remember to remove all towels and toilet roll beforehand.
Faliraki is so much more than a place to drink, and is suitable for everyone. I will be back!!

After reading some of the reviews and the hill to this place we were very apprehensive but found no reason to be.
We had a fabulous holiday, were well looked after by Libra holidays, the Rep, the bar staff at the hotel and the guides on all the trips we booked, Jeep safari is a must and don’t forget Scuba diving - Wow.
A clean place, lovely pool and Air con in rooms made it a pleasant holiday and would go back again and recommend to anyone. We met lots of people there who had been returning there for the last few years - speaks for itself.

After finding we were up a hill, having little equipment in the rooms and a few cobwebs we complained to the rep and within an hour we were moved to another much better room with full equipment, no cobwebs and lovely views.
As we didn’t pay much, we were more than happy with the hotel, service and help of everyone.
An enjoyable time after an initial shock to the system.

We had a lovely time despite the walk up the hill and having to use taxis everyday back again. Lovely rooms all with a/c (the rest were fitted when we were there) which was a godsend in the heat of August. Views fantastic, bingo and karaoke on Mondays lots of fun and good of the rep to give up her free time to do this.
Utensils in the rooms a bit sparse but once we asked the barmen they were only too helpful to give us the bits we required - probably due to previous guests breaking things.
Trips booked with Libra were great all with English guides and very entertaining, we will definitely return to the Panorama rooms.

Just visited these apartments and thought it was great - we had a wicked time and so did the kids.
Alison was very helpful when one of our kids was ill and even took us to the medical centre a few times. Clean - air conditioning in room was a must and welcomed.
Savvas was great behind the bar - hope to be back

Me and my wife booked a last minute holiday to faliraki staying at the panorama. On arrival we were allocated a room right next to the pool area which was very dated and quite scruffy as it was about 4am we decided to sleep for a few hours,we were woken about an hour later by kostas cleaning the pool. the next morning we decided to see the manager to inform him of our dissapointment with the accommodation, he told us that it was not a problem and give us aroom on the top floor of the main building, what a difference the new room was clean, spacious and had a balcony with the most fantastic view of faliraki bay.Yes this hotel is situated on a steep hill we were informed about this when booking the holiday, but taxis are available for about 5 to 6 euros and the staff will order them for you.Overall we had a really good holiday the staff being really friendly and helpfull. jimmy and kostas who worked mostly nights were great fun.On one occasion my wife had an accident, damaging one of her teeth and jannis the day manager could not have been more helpfull,he booked a dental appointment, took us there in his car.stayed with us to explain the problem to the dentist then arranged a return taxi for us and he did this in his own time, a special thank you for that jannis. Overall the hotel was great, nice pool area and most importantly great staff.Would i stay at this hotel again, yes i certainly would. p.s thank you for the christmas card john &janet.
