Pine Hill Hotel & Suites

marilyn and tom from southampton.just got back from the pinehills hotel in hisaronu.had a great time the staff are great they make you feel like familey sunny the owner always remembers your name when he sees you, the food is out off this world there is so much you have to walk it off after you have eaten.l would like to thank sonny, smile,elvis teves and junior for making our holiday so good. l would recomend this hotel to anyone.it is one of the cleanest hotels l have stayed in cant wait to go back.see you soon.

Although we did not stay here, we were at nicholas hotel.. we visited friends staying here and we wanted to see what this hotel was like now it has been refurbished.
The rooms have been done to a very high standard and
we loved the pool area.
My main concern was where everyone was eating there seemed to be a number of stray cats and dogs begging at the tables....not very pretty. Although coming from UK and having animals myself I did not like to see them in a hotel having dinner!

just got back from pine hills,wot can i say.ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.All the staff were brilliant.Sonny,Charlie from jamaica,tevez,sherif,ali,junior,eleanor,ryki to mention a few.will definetely be going back next year if not sooner,brilliant fantastic holiday xxxx

What a nonsense of a hotel in a lovely place and the costs to Health and Safety can not be measured. In uk Environment Health would come there and close it down!!!
While I was waiting for my guests there,I saw a few cats and dogs among the table and waiters were rough.I was angry with them and I met an English lady who is the reepresetative of a travel company.this person was also horrified to see conditions
I go turkey a lot and this gives all a bad name there are some exellent places and people. W
So,do me a favour dont go there or stay in this hotel as I have seen these things for myself
I was totally unhappy when I see cats and dogs among the tables while people are eating.
Please please avoid at all times

I have just got back for my second time and it was the best it has ever been...it gets better each year!!! The staff at the hotel were amazing and just couldn't do enough for you! They were really friendly and have a great laugh with you!!! From the moment you arrive at the hotel you are made to feel very welcome and you feel like part of the family! The restaurant it amazing...The food it out of this world and the service is brilliant! I highly reccomend that you try the sunday roast and the BBQ as they are sooooo nice!!! The pool area is well attended to and very well looked after with staff being around to attend to your needs all of the time! I stayed in an appartment and it was really big with plenty of room to relax! The maid cleaned every day and made a great job of it! The hotel is very clean and very well looked after! I have to say though, the best part of my holiday was the reef bar as the staff here are very friendly and make your holiday brilliant! There is excellent entertainment on most nights and the music is brilliant! The atmosphere is amazingly brilliant too! There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on the strip too which give you plenty of choice! When i went back this year, nearly all of the staff at the diifferent shops and bars recognised me and made me feel very welcome...everyone becomes really good friends! Olu deniz beach is a must!!! You should go down to see it as there are lots and lots of great food places to eat and the beach has a great atmosphere!!! I had a brilliant holiday and have alreay booked to go back next year for a month!!! :) 100/10!!!

Stayed here again this year, after staying in 2010. The refurb is amazing and all the staff and Sertan should be very proud. Everyone goes out of their way tomake your stay the best. The rooms are lovely, the food is fab, pool is great, Reef Bar good fun and sunshine fab too!!
Going back end of September-cant wait!
Will always return to Pine Hills for fun in the sun :0

We visited Pine Hill Hotel from 18 to 25 June 2011.
What can I say, Pine Hill is amazing!! We cannot fault this hotel or any member of their team. Sonny, who is the owner takes time to come around the pool side on a daily basis to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. Sonny also gets involved with the team's entertainment, including the Full Monty which is not to be missed. Our holiday was probably one of the best holidays that we have been on (apart from our honeymoon) and that is all thanks to Charlie, Smile, Ali, Tevez, Sonic, Junior, Serif, Sonny and the rest of the team.
During the day, you don't even have to move from your sun bed for a drink or food. The team are always at hand and willing to help, even bringing over an umbrella if you need one!!! Nothing seems to be any problem for them.
Entertainment in the hotel is brilliant. The food is very very nice and I am fussy at eating, we was even made sandwiches to take to the airport, Food and drinks within the hotel are reasonable. Both me and my husband and another couple had a 3 course meal for £20 per couple.
There is nightlife outside of the hotel which is just a 2 minute walk (but you cannot hear any noise in your hotel room either from the Reef bar at the hotel or on the main strip - despite what some people say)! The Reef bar (which is sound proofed) at the hotel is really good and most nights we spent there.
On arrival we were asked to check our room to make sure everything was ok. We found that a button had come loose on the bed stool so made reception aware of this. Not that we were bothered, just so that they knew we had not done this. We went for something to eat and returned to the room to find that it had all been fixed as good as new.
Hotel is very clean, well organised, plenty of sun loungers, the team are also fantastic with kids.
We stayed in a deluxe room and they were absolutely fantastic. When we were due to depart we asked to keep the room on but unfortunately we were unable to. As soon as we returned to our room, reception called to say they had made room in the Studio for only £15!!! OMG - this room was even more amazing..
Can't fault this hotel and will be returning next year!!!

We visited Pine Hill last year before the refurb, and even though the rooms were a bit basic the food, staff and entertainment were fantastic.
Now there has been a refurb it is even better. All the rooms have been modernised and there is a lovely Villa on site to rent also. The grounds are stunning as usual.
The food at the restaurant is cheap but great quality (many ingredients home grown and made). They have an all you can eat BBQ night with over 40 meze starters!!
There are two bars; one for the people who want a quiet drink and one (the Reef bar) for people who like dancing and entertainment. Dont worry, its sound proofed. The entertainment is top notch there, something every night! (Inc the full monty!!)
The staff are wonderful, will do anything they can to help you and become friends. They remembered us from last year.
Dont listen to old reviews re cleanliness as it is all different now. Going again next year without doubt!!

staying at pine hills was the most amazing experiace of my life! i went as a family of 11 including 5 young children. the staff there were amazing our children and always helped whenever they could! they were always there ready to wait on you and any concerns they sorted with out delay! the apartments were so clean and the cleaning staff were amazing! the managment, reception, bar staff and everyone else who works there, work to the highest possible standard,and nothing is too much trouble! the food is amazing and i cant wait to return! if anyone asked me where to stay pine hills with out a dout would be where i would recommend! they made my stay fantastic and my children loved it!
look forward to going back there again and i look forward to seeing all the staff again. the staff were not just staff to me but like old friends! thank you all at pine hills. xxxxxx
