St Louis Hotel

We just stayed a week at the Hotel St. Louis. The best comments we can offer is that the location is superb and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The problems, however, were numerous. The rooms were as cramped as a coffin, with barely any room for two people to manoeuver. The cleanliness was superficial: the bathrooms really needed a thorough going over. There was mold crawling up the walls. Some rooms smelled intensely of smoke. The closets were musty smelling and there were no dressers, so we lived out of our suitcases.... more
