Advice: Acharavi is filled up with Coronation Street like characters with stoney beaches and loungers

Activities: Veggee was quite good. Hiring a scooter.

" Great Value & Fab Location "

The apartments were spacious, clean and in a great position. Literally a 2 minute walk to a beach, and some lovely bars and tavernas..all well priced. Pool is good size although could get a bit noisy at times. Very friendly staff..ideal if you want a chilled casual holiday

Advice: we went in June and the bars were quite quiet..not a good place if you are looking for lots of clubs

Activities: Faros Taverna on the sea front is a must!...fantastic food, well priced with a gorgeous view

We've been to Matoula twice now and really enjoyed both stays. The brochure says you're 350m from the beach but you're much closer than that. Our room looked out over some open land and then across to the seafront with good gaps on the blue sea!read more

Advice: Acharavi is a real Greek working town as well as a tourist venue and that's what we like about it. R

Activities: Food is excellent in the Greek venues. Skonderos on the beach and in particular Liberty's fish resta

well it was really good 2 be there weather was hot spiros is really great he lets me play pool nice food nice clean rooms hope we come there soon we met freindly people coming bk in august 2009

Advice: hope we can go back here again it was great
