Stayed here a few times over the years so have most off my family. Rooms are very clean and spacious too and comfy beds.

Excellent location overlooking the park in Glynn Square just a short work to the front where you can get on the bus or tram to central Blackpool or Fleetwood.

Has a few parking spaces but plenty on the side streets.

The breakfast are amazing one of the best, if not the best, I have had staying in B&b, they also do evening meals which are really good.

All the staff have plenty of time for everyone and Phil the owner greats everyone which makes you feel at home in their home.

I will be staying here again.
