The rooms are very acceptable. 'All inclusive' is misleading. No Beach towels, no drinking water in the room, very limited bar hours, very poor selection of drinks. The main lounge area is on the ground floor, the main bar is on the third floor terrace, at the swimming... more

Hotel was top notch all Staff other than reception were very polite and helpful. If you have the constitution of a rabbit the meals will go down very well. If like myself you like Hot food and red meat then this is not the hotel for you. Food was always cold even the soup... more

My friend and I stayed in this hotel and although it is shiny and new (it opened in 2006), the service leaves a LOT to be desired. The staff are all constantly depressed and grumpy. We barely saw a single smile from any employee during our stay. The staff on the front desk... more
