This hotel is very friendly and is clean and tidy. The spa area is beautiful and is included in the price. The hotel is situated about 1/2 km from the gondolas but it isn't too bad. It is probably better to leave your ski stuff at the top of the Peken gondola for 2 Euros a day.
The only moan about this hotel is the food. We went half board. The portions are very small and very cheaply produced. No fresh fruit or fresh vegetables. All the courses have meat and the puddings seem to be from a freezer or tin. (Yes, we were shocked to have tinned fruit one night for pudding!) The breakfast was the same every single day, no bacon or sausages just eggs and cheese or sloppy porridge. The breakfast isn't bad but just the same every day!
The evening meal was a salad buffet for starters which was the same every evening. Nice but no thought and very cheaply produced again. You have to fill up on this because the portion size of the dinner is tiny- you get a small piece of meat and one tinned vegetable and a bit of sauce. All in all very disappointing and you are rushed through each course. They pick up your spoon almost out of your mouth ready for the next course!
If they improved the food quality in this hotel I would return but after a hard day skiing you need to have quality food and this is just not up to scratch. I would not eat processed fruit and veg in the UK so you don't want it on holiday. I was looking forward to home cooked food and you get none in this hotel -sorry folks.
