Stadwein Hotel is a fantastic family run hotel with wonderful hospitality, super facilities and great food. would definately stay again but avoid a room on the noisy first floor - the only drawback to a great week. Took our two children and they loved the pool area and buffet dinners. The hotel is just above the main centre of Zell, about a 10 minute walk to the centre. There is a 5 min bus ride up to one of the main gondolas and child ski schools and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The bus can get busy in the morning so an early start is recommended. The bus ride at the end of the day is very crowded so it is much more fun to ski back down with the children on a blue run to the back of the hotel (snow permitting). A short 2 min walk from the end of this run to the boot room and back door. Would definately stay at the Stadtwein again..perfect!
