Our party of 9 arrived at the hotel late Saturday night, very tired, only to find the hotel had allocated us 3 standard rooms instead of the 4 superior rooms that we had booked, paid for and had confirmation for. This meant that 5 of us had to sleep in 1 pokey room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. My 11 year old son slept on a quilt on the floor. The manager Michael said take it or leave but if we chose to leave we would not find anywhere else to stay because everywhere was fully booked. He was right, because it was new year. He added that he thought it would be nice for us all to be in a room together or I could allow one of my children ( 6 years and 11 years) to sleep on the sofa bed in a room with one of the other couples we where travelling with. Bearing in mind we had paid nearly eight thousand pounds for the holiday we where not happy. George from First Choice was very helpful and tried his best to get the situation resolved but the hotel where not interested. Finally they agreed to give us another room mid week, however when Wednesday came we where not given an additional room only a better quality one. By then we had given up complaining and accepted it. The whole attitude of the hotel management was appalling they where even making jokes at our expense. They offered us 50 euros as compensation, you can imagine what we said!
