Amara Wing Resort Kemer

Spent 7 nights at Amara Wing with family. We enjoyed it a lot. Service and food were excellent. Lots to do at the hotel (sauna, private beach, jetski, boats, warm and cold pools, slides etc). The beach is clean, water crystal clear. The sorrounding area is full of beautiful places to visit (i.e Phasilis, Olympos, Taurus Mountains by jeep, old Antalyia, Dudan falls etc). Hi, Just came back a week ago. The room ("graden room") was great - really 5 stars. But the lobby and most public places are full of smokers. All the "la carte" restaurants are smokers-only and low quality. Also only one channel (BBC) is English-spoken on the TV. So, after dinner, you have nothing to do. Just to smell the heavy smoke at the lobby. Pitty.

We have spent two weeks in june 2006 in Amara Wing in Kemer. Although we were warned that the hotel would be full with Russian people who should not know how to behave, we found out that none of that is true. Indeed, there were many Russian people, but they were also enjoying a holiday and we have not noticed any misbehaviour. The hotel itself is excellent. The hotel offers a very nice all inclusive deal but also promises an exquisite experience that it does not supply. The main issue we had is inconsistency with the level of service. A few employees were very good (like the kids club operator) but many were not hospitable and some were even rude. The reception people were particularly below average. We stayed at this hotel the last week of august. Our two children 4-5 year old enjoyed the stay very much. As the youngest can not swim, we stayed a lot at the baby-pool, which is big enough. (there are 2). A lot of different eat-possibilities, ice-cream in the afternoon etc... Very good food in the buffet restaurant. We had a room in the bungalow section, with two separate bedrooms, which was very good. We are so pleased that we are going back next year, for 10 days, in july.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights with my wife, the resort was great it was very relaxing and intimate, the view from the room (in the main building) includes the see on one side and the mountains on the other side. There are many options to dine through the day, the main restaurant, snack bar, Turkish kebab, Turkish pizza. At 12 o'clock at night there is a midnight snack which is perfect if you come back to the hotel at night, and from 2 AM till 7 AM there is free room service, we also been twice in the A la' cart restaurants were we had 5... more

We spent four nights at the Amara Wings and only have good words to say. Rooms a good size, food varyied and of excellent quality. Staff always ready to answer questions. Celebrated my birthday there and received from the managment, champagne and a cake with candle to our room. Highly recommended.

we stayed there for 5 days,me my husband & our 7 month baby...i'll put my remarks as follow 1. the hotel is far away from the airport about 1.5 hour..which is good & bad 2. the other resturants were booked a week ago,so we had to eat in the main resturant the whole week.. 3. the food is great,the deserts are waaaw...nothing to say about that. 4.rooms clean ,wide enough.. 5.great spa,but it coasts a lot for massages (25eur)for half an hour. 6. amazing beach..so romantic. 7.most of the facilities are closed... more

Quite nice territory-beach-animation, good food, but from our room was stolen a lady's T-Shirt. Guest relation service wasn't able to resolve the problem. Regards, Andy

We just came back from one week's vacation at the Rixos Kemer Hotel in Kemer City centre near Antalya. The hotel is really high class , the rooms, the pools, the restaurants,the gardens, the health club...etc.- everything is absoluteley fantastic. The animation team keeps all the guests ( young or old) entertained and engaged in many activities during the day and night.
