Staff were friendly enough after you get your head around them holding their hands out for tips (but thats life in their country). Inital impressions on arrival where fairly good and expectations high (arrived at 22;30ish) where the pool was lit and looked very refreshing.... more

I agree that you get what you pay for but on an all inclusive holiday you expect the basics. You won't starve as there is plenty of bread and you can always go out of the hotel if you want something to eat. Agree your price before you get in your taxi and don't let the sods... more
