This is a 2 star Holiday Village - not a 5 star Hotel. It is full of Russians and not a place for the English to stay at.
There are insufficient toilets throughout the hotel in particular near the pool areas.The accommodation is very dated, however it was advertised as refurbished in 2008 - This has not happened yet and is only due to be done at the end of 2008.
The food is okay but not brilliant. Free drinks stop at 23H00 and the disco opens afterwards with a cost of 3 Euros per beer or alcoholic drink.
Our saving grace was there were 4 of us and the entertainment staff who all spoke English made an effort to sit with us at nights and "really made our holiday" In particular we would like to thank Mahmet (who left while we were staying there), Jimmy, Bobo and Izmir and the rest of the entertainment team.
WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AT ALL - PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE MISLED RATING. In Turkey holiday villages are self rated so they can rate at 5 star when in fact they should only have 2 stars.
