The Royal Wells Hotel

Totally awful, pictures on website look nice and for £110.00 a night the place should be excellant, the rooms are partioned with plaster board you can hear every word and footstep in the corridor even if people where to whisper they sound like they are standing right next to you, the rooms are sub standard, the breakfast room is like a run down back street cafe that you get food very cheap in except it was a 40 minute wait for a cooked breakfast, and very expensive, along with staff that either cant speak english or at least pretend they cant , dont expect a fast service or sauces to be offered it wont happen, and as for a good night dsleep well if you can sleep with people up and down the corridors and hearing them as if standing in your ear then well up might sleep!!! oh and theres was a party in the breakfast room with kids shouting and running everywhere, this hotel is sub standard and should have a less rating than a travel lodge it would of been move pleasurable staying in one of them.

A really nice hotel with exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The hotel is in a fantastic location to go to the main areas of Tunbridge Wells. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated in a classic but modern style. Each room is individual, some have four poster beds. I would definitely advise you to stay here if you're visiting Tunbridge Wells as, to my mind, this is the best hotel in the area.
