The worst experience. I was told the hotel is five star but the facilities were below three star apart from a flash lobby and restaurants.
Booked a king size room and got a twin bed on arrival. Drainage problems in the toilets, dirty and old carpets. Electrical wires hanging from all the sockets. Toilet is just average for a three star hotel. Did change the room three times and was fed up at last.
There is a west wing and east wing. We stayed in east wing and they said west wing is better but they are expensive (never mentioned earlier).
At the hotel staff are very polite.
After all this is a shame for Marriott hotel group. Careful don't b cheated.
