We actually booked a short break at the Santa Susana resort hotel which was such a hell hole of a place that we left there and booked into the Maritim instead. The staff were very helpful, the majority of the guests were dutch, german or spanish, not a football shirt or Union jack shorts in sight! The room was enormous with fridge and air-con with an 'L' shaped balcolny. We booked on a half board basis, and both breakfast and dinner were superb, different selection every day, typically Spanish, and very very tasty.
I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would happily stay there again-although I doubt I would return to this resort.
Only gripe, hence I gave 9/10 instead of 10/10, was the TV, now I don't go on holiday to watch TV, but the weather was dreadful and we spent a little more time in the room than usual, the TV is geared up for Dutch,German and Spanish programs, the only English channel was Sky news and this worked briefly on the first day, and then after a heavy downpour, which wiped out about 6 channels in total, it was never to be seen again! Apart from that, great hotel.
