outstanding value for money and service right from the minute you walk in to the moment you leave. The staff couldn't do enough to help you whatever you wanted. me and my boyfriend have just returned from the grand ucel and had a truly amazing time. i felt really sad to leave after meeting some wonderful people. unfortunatly we had some terrible weather during our week stay. 4 days of rain, thunder and lightening and really strong winds, however, i still had an amazing time and would do it all over again. we stayed in the apartments, very clean, spacious and got cleaned dailey. we were supplied with clean towels and toilet role and cooking appliences. the swimming pools and aqua park were... more

Just return from a week at the Hotel Grand Ucel Apartments, it just confirmed all the reports we had previously read. The apartment was quite spacious and the amount of cupboard space a lot more than we had experienced in all our past visits to Turkey. the apartment was spotless and remained the same for the duration of our stay, beds changed and towels also on a regular basis (thanks to Harika for that). This is a fantastic hotel. Six of us (three couples) travelled in late September with Goldtrail and couldn't fault the accomodation at all. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. The location is in a quiet area with beautiful mountains as a backdrop. Hisaronu is walking distance and Oludeniz & Fethiye can be reached in 10 - 15 mins on the dolmus which run very regularly right outside the hotel and are cheap and easy to use. would say without a doubt the best hotel in turkey we have stayed in. From the time you go through reception at the start of your holiday to the time you book out at the end the way the hotel staff regard you never wained anything you asked of them it was done whether you needed a piece of paper or breakfast in bed they just totaly bent over backwards to help. food wise we go on holiday with the attitude ah well were not in the uk so the food wont be as goood as were used to but here it was superb absolutley no complaints especially... more

great hotel great food just a little too far away from beach but used a dolmus.very disappointed to have our rooms broken into and items stolen.management didnt really help with police so that upset us on our 12th day out of 14,so if anyone is going there its great but be careful!

We stayed at the grand ucel for 2 weeks and had the best holiday ever, we managed to do and see alot of things, our personal highlights were paragliding, the turkish baths, dalayan and the jeep safari- which we would recommend to anyone. the staff at the hotel were fantastic, they were polite and courteous and great with kids. The aqua park was so much fun and an added bonus. Overall it was a great holiday and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have just returned from the Grand Ucel Hotel. As before when I've consulted trip advisor about hotels, I was a little apprehensive, firstly because there were no reviews, and secondly because when I came across a forum discussing the hotel it was described as 'disgustingly filthy' by someone who it turns out hasn't been there!! We have just returned from the Grand Ucel, Ovacik Turkey. It was an excellent holiday; the Hotel was fantastic with a waterpark that was free for guests of the hotel. The staff could not do enough for you, we were with 2 children who were well looked after and loved by the staff. We had fresh towels every day thanks to the maid (who’s name in English is wonderful - and she truly was), our favourite bar was the Marco Polo cave bar and our favourite barman Bilel who took great care of us all week and arranges a great Turkish night..... more
