Hotel lovely but a little bit away from anything.. A good 30 minute brisk walk to San Augustin.. Was hoping for coffee bar nearby.
Our room was one of three which didn't have a balcony, we were very dissapointed as we love to sit on the balcony and play games watching the sun set. Avoid room 201,301 and 401 as these also do not have balconies. The rooms were clean and well presented. The maid cleans 5 days a week and did our washing up, for which we left a nice tip at end of holiday.
The restaurant was great for breakfast but a bit limited if all inclusive.
The pool was small but perfectly formed and a further sun terrace was available on the roof.
There was a spa with a very warm pool , jacuzzi ,2 hot rooms and gym.. We went in expecting to be included with hotel, a genuine mistake. The man (little Hitler) that looks after the spa noticed e were using and asked for our ticket.. We explained we thought was included and got out.. (Costs 40 euro's.. very expensive for what it is).. This man seemed like he was ok with this but every time we saw him after that he sneered at us ,also telling the receptionist and her friends that we were thieves and we knew wasn't included as we booked out and was waiting for our transfer..(they did not know i spoke a little Spanish as find it useful to pretend i don't.. You find out a lot more that way).
So to sum up, nice clean hotel with great maids in ok position if you like quiet but Spa man needs new personality..
