Siblu holiday caravan was fantastic, no faults at all. As a base this site was in a fantastic location. You definately need a car nothing in a 5 mile vicinity. Frejus has a lovely evening market. Best beach was St Aygulf about 5 miles from campsite, great for young children / toddlers as very calm and shallow. Expensive if you want to hire sunbeds and parasolls about 28 euros a day, then if you don't take a packed lunch another 40 euros for a family of 4 for lunch.
Le Montourey was a very clean site but nothing going on, recently been taken over by Siblu so most caravan owners still French and the site still geared up for them. Evening entertainment in early July very French no English speakers. There is a bar but at the time no licence so unless you ate in restaurant no alcohol! You could buy a small can of beer from shop and drink that for 4 euros but that was it! Shop had very limited supplies, you definately need a car to get out and about to supermarkets and things. Pool no good for toddlers small pool quite deep, my nearly 5 year old ok but two year old was a nightmare, we spent 2 hours total at pool, travelled to different beaches every day as much safer for toddler. Hope this helps!
