The hotel itself was a pretty hotel with established gardens and flowers, the pool was a good size and over all clean and maintained. The rooms were ample and yes a bit dated but clean and pleasant with good aircon that is included in price. The rooms were cleaned often, towels were changed and bedding changed mid week. the location of this hotel is great for couples and the pool is clean but thats the only good things i could say about this hotel. the rooms are very basic, we had clean towels and bedding when we arrived but thay had to last all week. the food was ok on a few nights. although if all the food wasnt eaten that night then it would reappear the next day in the salad or in another main meal. there was only 1 choice of main meal each day which is no good for allergies or veggies. we were told we could drink the water from the... more

Was a bit sceptical about going to Turkey having heard horror stories but was pleasantly surprised - for the money that we paid (through Olympic Holidays) it was great - the rooms were simple but clean (cleaned every day) and the air conditioning worked (a must!). We (my wife and our two children) have chosen Bahar Hotel for our holiday this summer. To be honest, before going to Turkey we’d got some doubts about our holiday. We booked late with olympic holidays, expecting not alot for the price we paid. hotel bahar and all its staff was all we were hoping for - a small three storey hotel with approx 36 rooms all with air cond. The rooms were very clean, a little small but plenty of room for 2 (after all we only wanted to sleep in it). My adult daughter and I wanted to stay in Calis, as we know it well and like it very much. I found the Bahar with Olympic Holidays at an amazing price on all inclusive. All inclusive was a new venture for the hotel, so Mr Sarda, the owner, was on a learning curve but could not have been more attentive. My husband and I just returned from the Hotel Bahar in Calis and it was very nice. The hotel was always kept very clean and the air conditioning in the room was a god send. The only thing about the room was that the curtains had no lining so the sun in the morning came blazing though at 6:00am and after a nights drinking you didn’t get much sleep.
