Hotel Minay

On first impression the Hotel Minay is small & dated but that is more than compensated for the more time you spend going in & out of the place.
Firstly the staff are all pleasant, freindly & all seem to be Turkish. Possibly a family. Although not all of the staff fluent in English they do tend to get the jist of what you're saying & try their best to help you however they can. Any problems we had were dealt with swiftly & to our satisfaction at least.
The Hotel itself is basic but very clean & supplies everything you need to a satisfactory standard. Each room has a TV, balcony & en suite balcony, although I wouldn't fancy a view from the balcony if you end up with a north facing room. Plus you'll get no sun.
We didn't really spend much time other than for sleeping & eating the local traditional breakfast of bread, eggs, salami, cheese, olives & salad at the Hotel as there is so much to do in the Kuadadasi area but it did offer; a pool area with a bar hosting reasonable prices for local beer, tables & chairs & FREE sun loungers (a luxury that costs 5YTL each on Ladies beach approx 250 metres walk away).
The pool area isn't the biggest in the World & if Kids are splashing about in the pool you will probably get a bit wet too lol! But it has the Sun shining on it from about 11am until 8pm each day while we were there in early May.
On the whole the place needs updating, but again the staff were lovely, its just a short walk from Ladies beach & promenade & the main road to catch buses in to town (they cost 1.50 YTL to go anywhere on the route). It had everything we needed & we left happy.
