Savoy Hotel

Great Budget hotel, all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Rooms basic but a very good size with views of the valley.
Food was good although a different soup every night wore a bit thin and the Kangaroo they served tasted like beef. Breakfast was continental and it would have been nice to have a hot option, even if I had to pay. Not much choice if you are a vegetarian so please please tell them before you go otherwise you will spend the whole week living on salad, ok if your a fatty who needs to loose weight, combine this hotel for the vegetarian with skiing and you ll come back looking like POSH Beckham.
Ideally located across the road from the escalators which went up to the slopes.
Bars all around and ski shop just a few doors away or again across the road.
Anyone on a tight budget will find this hotel very pleasant and well worth the money.
I believe its been refurbished for 2008 and is slightly more expensive, but if its the cheapest option you have then definately go for it, you dont live in the rooms for very long and the food will keep you fat for a week.
