With regards to my recent holiday I’d just like to say it was the worst one of my life. On arrival we got seen to quite quickly in reception and allocated our room. In the morning we noticed our room was infested with ants and went to reception to complain. We was... more

An aparthotel which mainly caters for all inclusive guests. So if you want to sit and drink by the pool all day and not leave the hotel then its the place for you. We were self catering. Very basic cooking equipment not sufficient to prepare a meal. No kettle, toaster,... more

The location was nice and from the outside the hotel looked nice. Once in the staff were unfriendly and miserable. The food was never hot. There was not enough parasols for everyone so if you wanted one you had to be up at the crack of dawn! They treated the Spanish guests... more

Good Value
Returned from Tenerife last week after a great holiday at Adeje Beach. For a 3* hotel it was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Must agree with other comments that the hotel was very clean. The Adeje Beach is good value for money. The resort was OK. I would say every time we went a walk in the evening we got the normal presure to come pubs and restaurants, a bit of a pain. Overall a good holiday in a nice resort
No good for self catering!!
We should have been staying a t the Granada Park but had our accommodation change at the last minute by Lets Go Canaries (another story!) The self catering accommodation is all below the 4th floor so dark with a view of spiked perimeter railings or walkways and little sunshine. Decent size apartment which was clean but basic. The equipment provided is too basic for self catering. No kettle, toaster sharp Knives, can or bottle opener, corkscrew or wine glasses making food prepration in the apartment very difficult. Local... more
Great time, great weather
Just arrived back from the villa adeje with my girlfriend and had a great time, after going to tunisia the same time last year and having a bit of bad luck with the weather tenerife turned out fantastic. scorching sun for 5 of the six days and one day overcast. The hotel is very clean and no body bothering you trying to earn tips. After reading previous bad reviews on the hotel i was a bit jubious as what to expect but on arriving and given our room we were pleased. On the sixth floor although at the side we got sun in the afternoon on our... more
west country wurzels - we loved it!
What a great holiday, couldn't fault the selection of food, the cleanliness of the place - and the staff were great - especially Jesus the entertainment bloke.Entertainment was varied and fun and we would certainly choose this hotel again!
Not as bad as we'd expected
I'd booked this hotel as a last minute get away before i had read the reviews on this website, and started to panic! However, we had a good time. Although there were a few things i could 'niggle' at, it wasnt too bad (if you go expecting 5* luxury, you wont get it). Our room was on the 7th floor (which i found out was a good thing- anything above the 4th floor is better), however, our balcony was on the other side of the hotel so didnt get any sun all day. The food was average, breakfast being the best. Although the evening meal... more
worst hotel ever
we booked this holiday in the summer to get away 4 new year wit h a party of 6 adults and 10 children.on arrival at the hotel at 9.30in the evening it is moden and clean and were booked in quickly. the room was clean over looking the pool.when we went down to the resturant it was closed with no where to get food. the following morning went down to breakfast which is the best meal of the day.lunch and dinner is the same every day with a smell i have never smelt before nasty.their was no childrens club the pool was cold and around the pool... more
loved it
wasnt sure when i read the reviews but thought i would give it a try anyway, for the price we paid for all inclusive i thought the food, the staff and the cleanliness was second to none and would have no hesitation in going back to this hotel,a very enjoyable experience,a great holiday was had by all the family.
very average.
Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for seven nights (a.i.) from the 28th December 2007. Upon arrival at 5pm we were met with a very impressive entrance and reception area, very modern and clean. We were allocated our room on the second floor and this was terrible. No view whatsoever from the balcony and was like a dungeon. The reception is on the 4th floor so you really need a room on this floor or above or else you are underneath the swimming pool. The room however was very spacious and clean but very dark. Throughout the holiday we... more
Ok but wouldnt stay there again
I have just returned from a weeks stay on an All inclusive basis at the villa adeje beach. I travelled with my husband and 4 month old son. We arrived at the hotel at 3pm and were advised by receiption that our room was not ready. We were told we would have to wait up to an hour for the room. This was not the best first impression to give. We were offered a courtesy room where we could leave our luggage so we could get food/drink sit by the pool. I explained to the receptionist who was english that we would just wait in reception.... more
absolutely awful
We have just returned from staying in the Villa de Adeje Beach Hotel ( definiely not a resort!) on AI basis for 10 nights and it was the WORST HOTEL we have ever stayed in, in Tenerife. On arrival the hotel seemed lovely with a nice modern clean reception area. We checked in around 8.50pm and asked if the restaurant was still open. The receptionist said it was open till 9.30pm. When we went up to our room to leave our bags we noticed that the balcony door didn't lock so we phoned down to report it. The receptionist said she would... more
