Excellent budget choice (29 Euros per night for an ensuite room with TV), if you don't mind the non-central location (20 minutes walk from underground station into central Lisbon, 5 minutes walk from trains to Sintra).
Not all staff speak English, manager speaks good English.
Lisbon itself is very beautiful, and food/drink are very cheap.
