We had a lovely time, staff were very helpful (some spoke English, I speak a little Spanish) rooms were clean and the food was excellent. OK half of the dishes I didn't recognise but hey we weren't in England!
If you are going to Port Eugeni I would totally disregard any negative reviews on here and trsut that you ARE going to have a good time. The rooftop pool is small but clean and generally unused :-)
We stayed from 30 August 2009 for a week. The only thing I would score the Hotel down for is that the rooms are a little basic though we hardly stayed in of course. The air con was great (and free too!) which made for a comfortable nights sleep.
Definitely will go again, Cambrils is a nice resort with the busy Salou only a 10 minute drive away. We drove to Barcelona for the day but I would recommend you take the train.

Found this to be a very Clean, Friendly Hotel. Food was excellent, catering for all tastes. On the Saturday evening there was a very good Magician laid on, the kids there loved him and his partner.
We found all the Staff there very helpful and pleasant at all times and we will not hesitate on going back.
All the amenities are very near the Hotel, with a market just over the road and down about 300 yards, with the Marina with a beach at either side just down from there. Across the road is a local Semi Chem type shop which sells most chemist type products, also a wee Supermarket and baker right next to the hotel.
Only drawback is the council bins getting emptied at night.
