I was on a tour of Cornwall and Devon in the West Country of England and booked into the Falcon Hotel in Bude, Cornwall - a great surfing location with amazing waves.
Bude itself was very very pretty with its dramatic Atlantic Jurassic coastline with sheer cliff faces and amazing beaches.
I stayed in the Falcon Hotel which was a short walk away from the beach situated on the picturesque Bude Canal. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and fond of a joke or two! And they made us very welcome and were more than happy to help us organise the day’s activities.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you on a trip to the West Country and make sure you fully explore all that North Devon and North Cornwall have to offer - Beautiful!
