A very good hotel old fashion in the nice sense prime location on beach staff very good
all round from reception to housekeeping dining hall over looking bay beautiful outlook
rooms are a nice size and clean as is the bathroom the food served is good and plentiful
the one thing missing why never gave 10/10 was the fact there no tea or coffee making
facilities in the room not the end the world when i make a return visit i will bring my own
when you are there fiesta time (there are plenty) it is a very enjoyable occasion the bars
all over the town are friendly and welcoming as are restaurants and cafes there is an very
good bus service one goes to Los Cristianos & Playa de Americas the other to Santa Cruz

Great hotel in a lovely resort. Stayed there only one night but if we had known what it was like, we would have arrived earlier and stayed longer! Good sized room and bathroom. Buffet breakfast sufficient. We did not eat dinner there so cannot comment. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was at the frot of the hotel so it was a bit noisy at night. It would be perfect to get a room at the back overlooking the sea. I would definitely return and have already recommended it to friends who are staying there next month.

This is a lovely hotel and very good value. Clean, basic with very friendly front of house staff. Perfectly located in the centre of the quaint town and virtually on top of the beach. Room and bathroom were airy and big. The sun lounge on the third floor is gorgeous though we couldn't find the pool! (I am sure it is there somewhere). We didn't eat dinner in the hotel although we were booked half board so cannot comment on the food though the breakfast was more than adequate. Would recommend this hotel, in fact I already have, and very much hope to return. The town is quaint and a good market there on Saturday made our holiday! One drawback is that it is a bit noisy at night if you are in a room overlooking the plaza. A room on the left side of the hotel would be quieter.

Basic and Clean, Reception & staff friendly and helpful Breakfasts are more than adequate for most tastes, small plunge pool and sunbathing deck out over sea.
good position adjacent to volcanic beach and good view if you are situated on beach side rooms with balcony Not a lot happens in the hotel saying that I have only been off season - April/October
Gets a bit noisy if Fiesta on the Plaza.
Village growing up and some good restaurants and bars.
Have been going back eleven years to Hotel on and off so it must have something.

Spent six excellent nights at this hotel. The hotel is old-fashioned but quaint in a way – not something that we are used to. The choice of food was limited but the quality excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic – important that you book a room overlooking the beach as the back of the hotel gets the wind (can be quite noisy). The hotel is conveniently situated on the beach; access to the sea from the sun deck; six minutes from the airport (do not pay expensive transfers).
The town offers a good selection of restaurants, typically Canarian with excellent fish dishes. Very little otherwise to do at night. A great place to relax if that is what you want.
