Arrived late at night no reception spent 2 hours trying to get keys to apt eventually got into an apartment down in the basement, dark dingy holes in walls tried to make the most of it went to bed never slept a wink thanks to drunken shouting smashing of bottles, then buses... more

this was going to be my third time at these apts,only to have arrived and to be told that they had overbooked so had to go in another apt down the road. this holiday had been booked since october 2007,why could they not sort out this before hand. there were other couples... more

Don't book for here on a night flight. We were outside for nearly 3 hours till reception (in another hotel) was opened. Others who arrived at night were the same. There was a phone number to use but when it was answered on our 6th attempt the person did not speak English.... more

This was a nightmare of a place! Rooms were dirty and worst of all they were not secure! No security on site (had to barricade the doors at night). There people were robbed during my two week stay, and our door was tried while we were in. Management were no help at all and... more
