I stayed at this very pretty guest house on 5th October 2011 while on a business trip. When I booked, I was slightly put off by the fact that it was a dog and smoker friendly establishment. But I was pleasantly surprised that there were no doggy or cigarette smells at all.... more

A lovely ,friendly clean guest house with great facilities,the biggest bed (poppy room)and a superb breakfast! would return here, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sue Pete and Jamie.

Never really been to a b&b near the sea, and i must say that this guest house is really lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The full english breakfast was cooked to perfection every day. Having your own en-suite bathroom really maked my stay a very pleasent one. ... more

We stayed at the seashells Guest House for 2 1/2 weeks and I can honestly say its the best,spotlessly clean, good food and run by a lovely family - I especially loved the 2 dogs, Skipper & Ozzy, thanks alot Sue, Pete and Jamie hope to see you again very soon. Garry & Jayne from Peterborough XX

Just returned from a 2 night stay at Seashells Guest House. It really is a great place to stay. Recently refurbished rooms, big full English Breakfast, very good value. Sue and Pete are wonderful hosts. Thoroughly recommended!

Amazing! I had been searching for a holiday break later in the year to spend with my family as I have a special birthday coming up. I wanted somewhere not too big but light and airy with a selection of rooms which could accomodate us all. We have just returned from a long weekend in yarmouth to see the new year in. We stayed at the seashells guesthouse which we booked up on there very good web page. From the moment we arrived to the time when we left it was home from home. The room was very clean warm with on suite bathroom tv freeview and plenty of free tea and coffee. The breakfast in the morning was great it was so big it set you up for the day.
