A lovely looking hotel in a nice location with 3 pools and it's own private beach, which was very nice with lovely clear water. However, as with most hotels I've been to, make sure you put a towel on your sunbed early in the morning before they are all snatched up! All the... more

Reception awful - have advised need customer service training immediately. Staff in Restaurant also need training especially towards British people. However all was not lost as the facilities, food and rooms were great. May go again - not sure. First Choice - we had... more

We've just returned from this resort - sold as 5 star and all inclusive. We experienced none of the problems noted in the earlier reviews (apart from the 'livliness'). Rooms: I guess the hotel management have listened to previous criticisms and seem to have worked hard... more

Beautiful hotel, not very many English, rooms are nice, could do with a better clean!!!! our shower constantly leaked, but lived with it. You don't have to rush at the crack of dawn for a sun bed, but be sure to be down by 8am. Food was lovely the first few days but gets a... more

A great stay and didn't want to leave
This was a great hotel in all aspects, the only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the food, but that is probably becasue we have been spoilt in the past. The rooms were small but very stylish, the shower was excellent and the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was excellent. If you have a small laptop bring it with you because there was free wifi and it was easy to connect to not requiring a password. The entertainment was average, but no worse than other all inclusives we have been to. The Italian and Fish a la carte restaurants made a change from the buffet, the food quality was good and it was nice to be waited on for once. The wine was pretty decent and the beer very good. The sunbeds were very comfortable and there were more than enough to go round, so there was no need for people to save sunbeds at ungodly hours. The view from the hotel was excellent, you could see Kos island very clearly, and the beach in general was nice, although it wasn't golden sand. Towels are provided for the sunbeds which is good and you could change them whenever you liked. This hotel mainly consisted of Russian, Dutch and French guests, although we didn't find them too bad. The waiters were very nice and liked to speak English whenever they could to you. I was not very impressed with the night club they had, it catered more for Russian tastes I think. Although we never used the spa it looked very plush and you could have all sorts of treatments. The sauna and steam rooms were free to use. There was also a small gym, however it was not air conditioned, but the equipment was new. Overall the holiday was excellent value for money. The only thing we did find was that Bodrum airport was very overpriced - a burger and chips was 10 euros so you may want to bring some food with you to the airport in case you are dealyed as we were. It was well worth a trip into Bodrum by the Dulmus (local bus) that cost about £2 each way and you could hail it just outside the hotel.
really sad
this time share property club armonia, was very dissapointing, on there web site it showed that the property was on the beach? what beach? your up a hillside, apparently there are 2 club armonia's one is on the beach and is quite nice and the other on the hillside in the middle of nowhere? so be careful when choosing, they split the properties, the hotel is now on the beach and the time share is on the hill, over grown and in much need of some tlc,(on the web they mix their photos, so you think one thing but get another) and everynight when you sitting on the patio they come around the complex with the insectiside machine to kill all the bugs??? what/? and they told us it was harmless?? well judging by the bugs dead on the ground the next morning? maybe this is a good thing, the little cottages are quaint but very old and need major doing up, when checking in they didn't tell us of any of the facilities or pool, nothing you have to figure it out for your self, the man on reception didn't even speak english?? nobody speaks english in turkey not even yes or no? so there tourism sucks, they just dont get the customer service thing, when they could make a lot of money with these tourists,
Great hotel
Just got back from the Armonia - we went at the end of the season so the hotel closed the day we left (this was decided on the day before we left all other guests were moved to different hotels) which meant that we had breakfast and nothing else!! If you keep in mind that this is not a european 5* more like a 3 or 4* hotel .I would definatley revisit this hotel but in season. the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff were polite and helpful. Food in the restaurant was of a reasonable standard always something different on offer. One thing i did like was the clean beach towels every day - saves so much space when packing! The drinks were plentiful and appeared normal strengh. The beach was clean and well kept. The sunset was fantastic. The location was alittle out of the way but the whole holiday made up for this.
hotel beautiful... food awful.....
Just arrived back with my family of 17-22 year olds staying the 5th-12th oct. The hotel itself is lovely, very modern in its recent refurbishment which bumped it from a 3* to a alledged 5*. The Hotel is kept scrupulously clean by a abundance of cleaners. The biggest let down of the hotel was the food!!...abysmal, It could have been because it was the end of the season and they weren't restocking and was using leftovers, but all the same i didn't pay for leftovers. There was various meats stewing in different coloured fluids, a ample salad and cheese bar, and a bbq which for those whom dare take the risk smelt quite good but 2 of my boys were bedridden for 3 days with food poison through eating chicken!! [never let your guard down and attempt when abroad!] and whatever was left over from dinner was thrown into the stewing concoctions on a evening! chips n all!!!. The food was always cold, they didn't appear to keep it heated, and the flies swarmed whatever food was out, one 2inch square of cake would have 5 flies on it, i can't understand when they had a refurbishment why they didn't install a fly trap. There was only a choice of 4 drinks at the bar too. Do visit the Italian restaurant that was def 5*, you are allowed one visit per stay, didn't try the fish restaurant though. I think we were spoilt from holidaying at the Letoonia in May as there was barely any comparison in the 5*'s, the letoonia was decades ahead of here in all aspects. The Animation here through no fault of their own as they were very enthusiatic and friendly didn't appear to have had any training and the evening shows were very poor, they made the evenings up as they went along, doing simple simon forms of games and only once in the week did they entertain us with a show of mediocre standard. That all said the place was lovely, the pools gorgeous and the beach nice, there is a constant breeze which is very welcoming in the heat. Turgutreis 5 miles away and well worth a visit. Def go on the boat trips, they stop and anchor off 5 times for you to swim in crystal clear waters and one beach stop with lunch included and if booked direct with them you will pay about £14 per person rather than the £25 booked with the rep which lasts from 11am to 5.30pm with a free pick up service. You can also take a 30min boat trip across to cos for a small amount if booked direct at the mariner. I wouldn't say don't go to this hotel just don't go at the end of the season, its not the first hotel that has closed down round us and i will in future book slightly earlier.
Graet resort.......
this hotel is fantastic,me and frind went ther this end of seson sommer and had a very good time. food is reach and divers and tasty. the hotel is very prity and had a serias overall redecorate. rooms are very nice and well decorate. greate private beach, great service from the hotel staff and very good animation(entertainment) team that kips u buzzy, for me it was very good becuse every night thay went with the gest to local party and discos in bodrum. its located 5 kilmoters from togritis and 25 from bodrum. i'll be back next sommer .............
Had a great weeks break
We booked a weeks break at this hotel for 14 - 22nd September. We really enjoyed the break at this hotel, we would rate this hotel at 4* as opposed to the 5* rating that it has, not complaining at all just being honest. I would definitely go back!!!!! The hotel complex is quite big with lots of facilities, we had a room for 2 people which was really nice, I though initially the room was a bit small but over the week it proved to be more than sufficient. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are excellent, I found the food to be really nice with a large selection available every day in the main buffet restaurant. Only comment is that although selection is large it does not really change that much, I guarantee you will never go hungry thats for sure. Its a really relaxed AI resort and unlike some I have been to you dont need to sign for everything you get which was great, your wristband was enough and there are no stupid rules about 1 drink at a time etc, and there are numerous bars available inc at the beach. There are 2 good sized pools and a kids pool, there is also a private beach which is half sand and half shingle, the loungers are busy but we managed to get loungers every day no problem at the beach. The sea is pebbled for the first meter or so then sandy and is very nice, if you have kids just watch the depth as it goes from knee to shoulder depth very quickly. The clients at this hotel were primarily Russian as were some of the staff, there was also a mix of other european guests, UK guests are in the minority. However dont let this put you off, english is spoken by most staff and we didnt have any issues at all. We had a great time and we would definitely go back in a flash.
Great hotel
my husband and i stayed at this hotel from 9th-16th September 2008 and we loved it! we wished we'd booked 2 weeks instead of the 1. We arrived at 6am and were asked to wait as the receptionist couldn't find our reservation, i thought 'Great!' and was sure we would be transfered to another hotel or get a crappy room, but how wrong was I! the bellboy took our luggage for us and showed us to our room. It was amazing! We had the honeymoon suite and it was gorgeous. The room was very spacious, it overlooked the ampitheatre so we could sit on our balcony at night and watch the entertainment. Our room had a massive reound bed, a bath jacuzzi behind the bed and a seperate shower room. It was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The pools were nice, although not big enough for the hotel size and amount of guests (somedays we struggled to get a sunbed). The beach was lovely, really warm sea and we had a go on the free pedalo and canoe-which was nice when it was really hot as it was breezy on the sea. The pier was lovely to sunbathe on as it was really brezzy too. The food was good and the italian a la carte restaurant was nice too (didn't try the fish), although the service was a bit of a joke-waiters didn't have a clue what was going on! but the food was good and everyone was really friendly. The bars were nice to sit at at night, the terrace bar was lovely- big bean bags and overlooking the sea. The only downside i would say about the hotel would be the drinks, i drink malibu and martini but at the hotel there was only beer, wine, gin and raki, so i went to the bar next door and bought a bottle of malibu off them. The market was ace! loads of cheap clothes and bags- which i loved! you have to barter with them though, it's quite funny. We went to the disco on the last night and wished we'd gone there sooner, it was really good. small room with loud dj but it was alright, lots of different ages in their. would definitely go back to this hotel again, it was a great week.
good all included
we been there for 5 days.(me,my children 20,17,8).Accept 2 things ,it was avery lovely holiday.First dont accpect to receive your room at 14:00(we received ours at 16:30),If you are a family ask your agent for a family room ,because a standart room is too small. The room is not cleaned automaticaly, you have to remind in tha recepsion. There is alot of food ,and things to do(pedalos'canoo, minigolf, table teniss....)
Great Family Resort!!
We stayed at the Armonia Resort at the end of August 2008, and had a great time!!! The hotel rooms are great, and looks like a 'Boutique Style' rooms, with LCD and with great taste of the design. The hotel has a superb Blue Flag Private Beach!! (With free Ambrelas and beds of course..). There are 4 pools: 2 main pools, 1 Aqua Park pool and 1 small children pool. (level of the water in the main pools are 1.40 meter, and in the Aqua Park pool 1.20 meter). There are shows every night in the open theatre, and the Kids club was great for our 2 doughters (ages 7 and 9 we visited the hotel August 2008). Also in the club - 2 a-l-carte Resturants (Fish and Italian, besides the main resturants and the other bars). Food is o.k., but not 100% perfect. Overall the hotel is superb!!
great resort
recently refurbished for summer 2008 season, great hotel, wide selection of food, drinks variety limited, a very clean and well kept resort. No reviews for this hotel prior to going so was was not sure what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised and would definetly go again.
