I would describe this Hotel more as a B&B. The accommodation was clean and tidy but the room was a trifle small. The bed was not quite a double and to move around the bathroom was tight.
The hotel receptionist gives you a warm welcome but we got the impression from the selection of board games and video library that you are expected to be tucked up in bed by 10pm.
The view of the lake is from quite a distance and the leisure facilities are based at another hotel, half a mile up the road.
The hotel is a little shabby and certainly not value for money. We decided to cut our losses and find somewhere more suitable to stay.
