It was horrible....from the moment I walked in I wanted to go home. I realised I had been sold what I believed to be a 3 star holiday when it was actually a 2 star. Med hotels has 3 wings on its web site and beatthebrochure put it on their web site as a 3 star at the time I booked. Nobody would refund our money even though the hotel across the road (which is a three star) had a room for us at just 50c more a night than we paid to stay in what is in my opinion the worst coastal hotel in Santa Susanna.
