Hotel Los Arcos

This was a lovely little hotel. Clean, quiet, friendly and helpfulstaff, good value for money. Rooms have blaconies with view of town and the sea. Kettle in room, which is unusual in Europe. No fridge/minibar though. Location has both good and bad points - it's away from the town centre, which makes it quieter and I enjoyed being away from all tourist hoopla. However, you are agood 15 minute walk from the beach (20 minutes back uphill) which makes it difficult to just pop in for a quick swim.

We booked a holiday at Los Arcos Hotel having read other people's reviews on Tripadvisor, we weren't disappointed. The room was immaculate, everything was new or looked it. The staff were friendly and the weather great. The only problem is it is a little way out from the centre of Nerja. If you are coming in on the Malaga bus it is better to stay on the bus as it goes on its way to the caves. You can get off the bus directly outside the hotel. We would definitely go back. It is worth going for the half board option at 7 euros... more

A pefect place to stay when visiting Nerja. Very clean,it seems fairly new,comfortable beds, breakfast was ok staff very friendly and attentive, a good pool well positioned. The restaurant was a marvellous find not cheap but excellent value, honestly one of the best meals I have had in Spain.somewhere I would go out of my way to visit again. If staying here probably best to have a car as a little way out of town but there are buses and taxis.

we stayed at hotel los arcos last junuary and we loved it, the service is so nice, we were expecting as usual in nerja a common service but in this hotel the stuff is always at your attention and they are just like friend. we stayed on new years eve and they made this elegant dinner and party in its restaurant the braseria iberica which it has become the most popular and exclusive restaurant in town and no that expensive. in general we loved at los arcos, nice and clean service, the rooms are really nice for a 3 stars hotel.... by the... more

Nerja is a pretty little town, who's reliance on middle to elderly person's is glaringly apparent. However if you are of a younger disposition do not let this put you off! There are genuinely good people there, with several eatries & bars which you may frequent & enjoy. Should you decide to visit Nerja, AVOID Los Arcos at all cost's it is a habitat of lowlife incumbent's & that's just the owners/ managers.Thieves & liars, and the only thing they are interested in is your money....whether they have earned it .....or in every case not.....Los... more

Married in this hotel in September. The three brothers who run this hotel made me feel at ease the first time I spoke to them. Nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were clean and very spacious and the superior rooms had lovely balconies. The pool area was well maintained and the hotel bar does some lovely homemade tapas at lunchtime. No need to go any further than the hotel restaurant for great food and service. Twenty two of my wedding guests who stayed here had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to all at this great hotel.

We stayed in the Hotel Los Arcos recently where my sister held her wedding. The hotel is lovely and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. All rooms have balconys (it would be worth spending the extra few euros for the superior room that have lovely big balconys looking over the pool with sea views. Rooms were very comfortable and very clean, though they did not have tea/coffee facilities. Rates include a continental breakfast, but they do have a menu for a full breakfast. we stayed at hotel los arcos in march of this year and were very impressed. we had heard alot of people talking about the Braseria Iberica restaurant which is the hotel restaurant as is rated as one of the best restaurants in nerja - to which we were also extremely impressed by the standard of food, service and value for money. the restaurant is very popular with both spanish and english so it was nice to be in a typically spanish restaurant which was also very popular with the english. Just come back from this new hotel and while clean and quiet,would hardly see how it merits such a high rating. Staff were virtually anonymous and were not even available to check us out .We just left the room key on the desk. Not worth the price to have "breakfast" which was a toasted baguette and 2 cartons of jam with coffeee and orange juice.Plenty of places to have a decent breakfast. I stayed at Hotel Los Arcos this summer due to high recommendation from friends in Nerja. Myself and my partner were extremely impressed with the hotel and the service. Hotel Los Arcos is family run and the service is impeccable. We received the best attention possible throughout our stay and found the owners of the hotel extremely friendly and welcoming.
