Pleasant and convenient stop-over on our way to the South coast. Friendly staff, clean room, and comfortable bed - just what needed after a long afternoon shopping at nearby Street.
Expected the room to be noisy as the Lodge is surrounded by roads, but were delighted to find that it was calm and quiet. Some other guests were not considerate, but can't blame the company for guests' bad manners!
Quite isolated so had to use the Little Chef for dinner and breakfast - the food was hot and served promptly, but would have preferred to escape!
