stayed in casa luis apartments end of sep till beginning of october....apartments are 2star though i would say they were worthy of a much higher rating.i have stayed in apartments hotels ect all over europe and usa and have never experienced the friendliness i felt here...all credit given from the owner luis right down to the maids...everyone is very friendly and more than willing to help with any quiestions posed to them.....only one problem we had was resort was not greatly suitable for our teenagers not much to do for them....but would defo return again...(without the teenagers)..2 girls 16.we were out of season disco ect not open im sure that would have made a differnce for kids.

When i booked these apartments i was cocerned they only had two stars , but do not be put off, the apartments are kept really clean and all the staff are really friendly and helpful all speaking excellent English. I went with my family my two children their partners and 3 grandsons, we had one two bed apm which was huge a 1 bed apm which was also very nice and myself and wife had a studio. This i was a little worried abut and although we had to go up 42 steps the apm was just what we needed it also had an excellent sun terrace which was more private than any other apm.The only slight copaint is that they had those dreaded plastic sheets which made you sweat and are very noisy when you move and the A/C which you have to pay an extra 3euros a day did not work during the night.
The entertainment is also good the club sung which is done twice a day can get a little tedious but you can always go to the other pool which is a little more quite.

My partner and I visited these apartments for our first holiday with our 19 month old daughter. The apartments are clean and have every amenity but a little small. Also we had a first floor apartment as the ground floor had no gate and next to the swimming pools (a little dangerous). At times a little noisy but expected. These would be great apartments if nearer the centre, our travel agent said 10-15 minute walk it actually took 25 minutes with a stroller. I would suggest anyone with children under 5 to avoid these apartments and book nearer town, only because of the walk!!!

The Casa Luis was very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. I travelled with my husband and my 3 and 2 year old. The kids loved it, the childrens entertainer, Carmen was very good with the little ones.
I can imagine in July/August the pool area gets very busy as its quite small but their are two pools and two childrens pools.
Its about a 10 minute walk too the beach and main town well thats with walking with two pushchairs and kids keep wanting to stop!!
Would recommend it to anyone.

Just got back from a one week stay at Casa Luis. The apartments were very clean, the snack bar/Restaurant was very nice and reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly especially Omar & Alex the two entertainers who did the activities every day. There was lots of activities for adults and children including water polo, football, exercise in the water and killer pool which my partner won twice! They also do a club dance every day and try to get everyone up to dance, the song is very catchy (i'm still singing it now). Santa Eulalia is a lovely resort with lovely views and beaches but very quiet. There were alot of restaurants and cafes around which is fine if thats what you want but if you want something livelier it was a ten min taxi ride to es cana which was had a bit more going on. Although the hotel itself was great i dont think i would go back to that resort as it was too quiet for us.

This year was my third year visiting casa luis, we dont usually go back to the same place 3 times in a row! however casa luis is so clean, friendly, lively, loveing and great we just had to go back i would recommend this hotel to anybody it has everyhing, through the day activities for adults aswell as children everyday at 1.30 the clubdance is danced too and that days activities and the restaurants specials are read out. There is a mini disco for the children everynight for 9.30-10.30 then there is the entertainment from 10.45-12.30(parrot shows, drag queens(Diamond class) hypnotiseds, mr and mrs casa luis and many more) every Saturday night is kareoke and happy hour. The apartments restaurent and snack bar food is really nice 9/10. Casa luis also has its own supermarket, with 2 swimming pools and air condtioning at a cheap rate of 20 Euros a week of 40 Euros for two weeks it is well worth the money especially at night. Casa luis is just an amazing place, as wel as Santa Eulalia itself it has lovely views,it is very quite but relaxing, if you did want more livelyness its a 10minute taxi to Es Canar were there are a couple of nightclubs.

Me and my partner just got back from a week at the Casa Luis apartments and were incredibly impressed with the place! We thought the 2 star rating was too low. the apartment was spacious, clean, well maintained and had all the basics you could ask for. For the price we paid it was a lot more than we had ever hoped for. i was eSpecially impressed with the friendliness of the staff, everyone was so nice and welcoming and made a real effort with everyone. Julie, one of the ladies at the pool bar was so lovely!
The Complex had all the facilities you could wish for including 2 pools, 2 Childrens pools, small supermarket, poolside snack bar, restaurant, laundry room, Disco bar, Tennis court, Pool area, Wifi and internet access etc. You didnt have to leave the site if you didnt want to!
Usually we choose self catering to avoid spending to much eating and drinking in the daytime but the poolside snack bar was such good value for money we did very little cooking in the end. The Menu had everything from breakfasts and burgers to jacket potatoes and salads on it. Everything was fresh, well presented and very reasonable. In the evening the restaurant opens serving food between 7 and 10. The Menu had a superb range of food to choose from but we were especially impressed with the chefs special menu of the day. For 11euros you could get a 4 course meal and a glass of wine! You couldnt make it yourself for thast price! The menu included the choice of 2 starters and a choice of 2 mains, a different choice every day and was exceptionally good and yummy. Lets just say my diet went out the window!!!
There was a great range of daytime and evening activities going on for both adults and kids and you could involve yourself as much or as little as you liked. I liked it because i didnt feel pressured to join in like i have done on other holidays. The two entertainment coordinators Omar and Alex were very good, they were laid back and friendly and had a good rapour with all the guests. We only went along to the evening entertainment a couple of times but it was really good fun the nights we did. My pertner ended up being entered into the Mr Casa Luis competition which was a lot of laughs to say the least!
Santa Eulalia itself was great too! The main resort is about 10 minute walk from Casa Luis. A nice friendly resort with 2 lovely beaches and a pretty little promenade with lots of bars and restaurants. There are a lot of nice places to eat and drink and loads of places serving up local cuisine and spanish tapas. There were also a few little patisseries selling fresh bread and divine home made cakes which were to do die for! 2 places that stood out for me were maretti's and Bar Dona Ana. Maretti's was an galetria serving up the yummiest icecreams in about 40 odd flavours....id say sit in and have a sundae because they looked amazing or take a cone out and walk along the promenade. Bar Dona Ana is a great place next to the ferry jetty. nothing fancy about it but the staff were such a good crack and the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. Also if you're a football fan they show all the Sky games.
For things to do id recommend the ferry to ibiza town. you have the combination of a little shopping and some sightseeing around the old town my only recommendation is wear sensible shoes as its very steep and flip flops dont cut it(especially in the rain - was a good excuse to go shoe shopping first though!!!). If your feeling energetic walk around the coast to es cana, its a lovely walk with some pretty beaches to stop off on the way (again sensible shoes and lots of suncream -sea breezes are very decieving!)
Overall it was one of the best holidays ive ever had, i enjoyed myself immensely and me and my partenr are looking to book again at the end of the summer!

just got back from our two week stay at casa luis. accommodation was great, very clean and spacious. the only problem i had was that the door to apt could not be locked from inside and i had a 3 year old with me who wandered out and i had to run after him and got locked out. The restaurant on site was fine serving a good selection of bar food throughout the day and a good choice of food at night 11 euro for a three course meal ( we had sea bass one night, fab). the only thing i would criticise is the desert menu was not great. the high point of the whole place has to be the entertainment for adults and children alike. Omar was infectious you could'nt help but like him and a bit nuts! Corrina was amazing with the kids, my boys were crying leaving her. there was a kids club operating 3 times a day and even two late sessions a week to give us adults time to have a nice meal together. on top of this omar and corrina had two entertainment times per day 12 and 3 o clock so the kids were really well catered for. There was also adult activities during the day with water polo, killer pool, archery and rifel shooting, my husband had a great time. the night entertainment was great, the drag show is a must it is hillarious. some of the acts were a bit cheesy, four tops brill!. we even got talked into taking part in the show put on for guests, a fantastic night re- enacting bands of the eighties, what a crac! would reccommend it to anyone looking for a great family holiday. nice quiet and safe for the kids, my two boys were 6 and 3 and absolutely loved it! will definately go back as you are guaranteed a great holiday at reasonable price, From kerry ireland.

We had a lovely time at Casa Luis, the staff are really friendly, Luis does his best to make sure you are having a good time and everywhere is kept very clean. We don't tend to stay on site anywhere we go, but could see how great it is for families as there's lots of entertainment for kids in the evenings especially. The bar and restaurant are very good and reasonable given prices have shot up everywhere this year. 11 Euros for a three course meal and the food was lovely.
We loved Santa Eulalia, our tips include going to Cafe Mangos which is turn left at top of road and then a right down to the sea. There's no beach but the bar is dead chilled out and you can sip a drink or two and sun loungers are free. Walking into town (its 15-20 mins) we thought the main town beach was the best, less seaweed, not much shade though and no loungers so take what you can with you. We ate at Ca en Ribes on restaurant street which has lots of deals on for a 15 Euros and it was delicious plus complementary drinks given. For days out try the bus to old Ibiza town, its hilly but fab views and the old town and cathedral is atmospheric and not too touristy. Also a bus to Es Canar on wednesday and the hippy market was enjoyable, it wasn't as busy as others have said, perhaps we were a bit out of season. And the Thomas tank train out to the countryside and coves north of the island was great fun and we learnt alot about the island from the tour guide. All in all, a great holiday

Stopped here september 2011 and as somebody who's a veteran of the ibiza club scene ( LOL been 6 times ) i've never been when it was closing party week . And have never stayed in Santa Eulalia .
I was a bit unsure before we got there if i'd like Santa Eulalia , but how wrong was i , i loved it from minute one , there's plenty going on if you don't fancy going to san antonio or ibiza town . And it's so laid back it's un real the gypsy market was great to .
As for the Casa Luis , i loved the place , the room was great , the staff were fantastic the night guard even used to book us taxis for us to go out on a night , the food was beautiful great choice all day everyday , Luis and his family are the consumate hosts friendly and attentive . during the day Oscar kept us entertained with games and music and got an atmosphere building .
Even if you've got kids i'd say go to ibiza town to the markets and have a look round it's a great place
If your young , don't be put off by Eulalia it's so cheap to get to ibiza ton and san antonio in taxis and by bus , and if you've got a stinking hangover it's the perfect place to be lol , go to Pacha and Privilige , also Cafe Del Mar is spectacular
Overall i don't have a bad word to say about Ibiza , Santa Eulaliaor the Casa Luis , i love the whole lot of it ! if you can't have a good holiday here then you won't enjoy anywhere .
