Arrived on the coldest day they had in 42yrs - looks abit run down from the outside but really only needs a coat of paint! All hotel staff friendly and helpful - rooms large and clean. Lovely view of the mountains sea and pool :) Great location to get to the beach, shops... more

I stayed there from 7th Jan for 10 nights.. I don't understand any of those bad reviews. The rooms are value for money. If you want 5 star rooms, pay for them and don't expect them at the price this hotel charges. As for the noise.. ???? I was nver woken at night and my 1... more

Arrived at 23.00, terrible reception, not our fault. No food, obviously, accept that, no extras pillows, blankets available etc, absolutely c__p. Had to stop night, no choice, noisy, big kids running around swearing, drunk, disgusting. Changed hotels following morning, no... more

We read the reviews before we went, but you can only speak as you find. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was simple but clean, bedding was clean and changed midweek. And we had three towel changes in seven days. Our only gripe was that there was no toaster in the room. We would definitely visit again.
