Los Claveles Villa

I cannot fault this destination. The staff cannot do enough for you. You are treated like a long lost friend.
It is at the top of a hill, but it is not particularly steep and all the way up there are bars and restaurants.
There is a ladies hairdresser just around the corner who are very friendly too. There is an excellent Indian restaurant within three minutes walk.
The restaurant on site is reasonably priced and produces excellent food.
The English speaking Church is five minutes away as is the Netto store. There are many Spanish Ultramarinos closer though.
Onsite, all apartments have cookers and microwaves, heaters, fans, kettles and everything else you would expect including an iron and ironing board. The large apartments sport dishwashers and washing machines too.
The Bar is excellent and offers different entertainment each night with a special Meal on Wednesdays.
The pool is heated - which is not really necessary in the Canaries, but guarantees a nice dip at any time of day. There is a lifeguard on hand at all times whilst the pool is open.
There is a paddling pool area too. There is a pool side bar and restaurant which serves food at very competitive rates. There is an onsite supermarket for those little things you want.
Each apartment has a safe which can be rented for very little money.
The maids are largely English speaking and are a mixture of Spanish and Eastern European girls, who are always willing to locate extra towels etcetera - not that these are usually needed.
Poolside towels can be borrowed from Reception as can free videos if required.
There is Internet on site and a free English and German library.
It is quiet in that you cannot hear the entertainment from any other complex.
There is disabled access but not to all areas unfortunately.
