Adina Apartment Reviews
" We enjoyed our stay at the Adina... "
Submitted By: Mrs R Chapman
We enjoyed our stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel in Copenhagen. Yes, it's a bit outside the city centre, but not an impossible walk.
Public transportation is very good, and the train station is only a few minutes’ walk, if you would prefer to save your legs.
We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our room (studio) was very comfortable, and we enjoyed having a small dining and kitchen area.
Meals out in Copenhagen are very expensive, so to have the chance to make our own sandwiches, etc was very helpful.
Pool, sauna, and workout room - very nice and easy to use.
We had breakfast included in our stay - it was well worth it. Fresh fruit, breads, pastries, cheeses, hot breakfast foods (crepes, eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans), as well as cold cereals. It was a lovely meal, and plenty of room, so you didn't feel on top of other guests as you sat down for your breakfast.
I would highly recommend staying at the Adina. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Restaurant staff was extremely unhelpful, first day I asked for Soya milk which they didn't have, they offered to provide it as we are staying for few more days, but this never happened. When I asked if they bought it as promised the answer was "NO", without any explanation or apology!! Therefore I had to bring my own Soya milk every morning! Also if you need to ask anything, staff normally avoids you, especially Alberto.
We came back one afternoon to rest for a bit, the room was made up, but the duvet was left without a cover, when I asked the house keeper she said we know and it is on its way within the next hour?! When I complained, it turned to be in the dryer and the hotel didn't have enough covers?! HOW CONVINIENT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!
The room was never cleaned to the same standard when we received it the first day, the carpet was never vacuumed, and the surfaces not dusted including dinning table, bread crumbs where left there.
Other than that, like most of other reviews, location a bit far from the centre, but if you don't want to walk, the train station is 5-10min walk, and bus no. 26 is 3min walk that goes direct to the centre, cost 11dk.
All in all we're disappointed, we expected a much better service for a 4* hotel.
Advice: lovely city break
Activities: Cycling is highly recommended in Copenhagen, you will see much more.
Good for: City Breaks
