I've just stumbled on something here which jogged my memory about a poor holiday in 2000 staying at this accommadation. In my opinion it's just a bar with s/c rooms attached or not as we were in an annex at least 50 yds from the bar.
OK so it was in the centre of Aya Napia and every thing was within easy walking distance which was great because unless you wanted to watch continuous loud film videos their bar was a no go area.
If you are young, under 20, you might fit in and enjoy it but it is for that age group and alcoholics in my opinion.
Mind you over 9 years things might have changed but I wouldn't bet on it
