Casas Del Sol is in the perfect location, opposite the harbour and in between the two walkways that lead to the main parts of Playa Blanca, a 5 Minute walk to 2 beaches and the resort centre and a 2 minute walk to night entertainment at the Punta Limones centre, I recommend the Irish anvil bar and rooftops, steer clear of 34 limones as that place was a big dodgy.
The Villa we stayed in was very nice, set back from any noise of traffic or noisy holiday makers so we got the lie in’s we needed, the beds were a bit uncomfortable though but other then that I have no complaints about the villa or the complex, we liked the heated pool especially.
I’ve been going to Playa Blanca for 19 years, ever since I was a baby and I keep on going back, the beauty and the friendly atmosphere of the village just keeps us coming back for more, the nights aren’t as lively as they used to be but you can still have a good time out.
all in all I recommend Casas Del Sol and Playa Blanca to anyone.

We booked through onlylanzarote.com after noticing the central location on last years holiday where we had to walk miles to get anywhere so i would advise anyone to bare this in mind.
Casas del Sol was very peaceful and had wonderful gardens and friendly staff. The pool is large and heated and has plenty of sunloungers. No entertainment on-site to spoil the peace though only a two minute walk takes you into the resort centre where you can find all the entertainment you need.
The villa was exactly as stated on the onlylanzarote website, high quality of comfort and equipment. It was very clean and had air conditioning which we used only a few times. We spent most of the time on the outside on the terrace which had 180 degree seaviews which you could still see whilst lying down on the sunloungers. The pool was great and never crowded.
I would reccommend this place to famillies and couples though you need to be carefull when choosing which villa to stay in as we found out that they are all privately owned and there are a few which are of a very poor standard. Our villa was 17A and our friends stayed in 26C which was also excellent.
