Thinking of booking the Nike? Don't. Just been there, the hotel has no lounge, reception rooms etc open. You have to go along the underpass from the Nike to the Santa Maria every time that you want a drink, a coffee, to ask for anything at reception etc.

Food is just adequate but boring. Don't book the Santa Maria through Newmarket, they only have 4 rooms in Santa Maria, and you may get bumped into Nike.

Don’t book balcony and lake view (extra) in Nike. You get a lovely view of S M roof and side lake view as Newmarket only book rooms on 1st floor, cheaper for them.

You won't sit on the balcony for long, traffic noise is very annoying. Last thing, don’t think you can go for a walk at night, 2 hotels are isolated, no concreted or level footpath only shingle which makes a mess of shoes. Can’t walk on road, too busy.

Lake Garda is a lovely place with good 3 star hotels, Nike isn’t one of them!
