This hotel was fantastic, it’s one of the closest overlooking the Horseshoe Falls, and is well worth paying that little bit extra for a Fallsview Room.
The room comes with a comfy chair and foot rest so you can sit and stare out of the window all day long if you please! The queen beds were also extremely comfy.
The deal we got from the Marriott website was excellent as it included breakfast, a $75 voucher for the restaurant and a shuttle bus ticket to get to both the casinos. They also offered an upgrade to a higher Fallsview Room when we checked in for another $40 or so, which we declined, but it was nice to be offered the option.
The dining area where we had our breakfast and evening meal overlooked the falls, and the staff we all very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are going down for breakfast at the weekend it is advisable to get down there early as there can be a bit of a queue, but this only lasted 10 minutes or so.
We really enjoyed our stay in Niagara Falls, the scenery is spectacular (I’d recommend both the helicopter flight and the maid of the mist tour to get the best view of the falls from all angles); we also enjoyed an evening in the Fallsview Casino.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best places to stay if you are in Niagara Falls.

This must be the best view from any hotel room in the world, it took our breath away as we opened the door to see a huge window overlooking this amazing mass of water plunging down, you can open the window to hear an amazing, relaxing sound, we left it open at night and fell asleep to the soothing water noise.
Also there was a huge armchair by the window where you could while away the time staring at this wonder of nature in pure relaxation.
The view is the main attraction but the hotel is excellent in other ways, a large jacuzzi in the bathroom from which you could actually see the falls and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept i.e. would also recommend the spa, we had a massage for 2 and it was heavenly.
The hotel is ideally placed to stroll down to the falls also it is a short walk to many fine restaurants and downtown Niagara....if you are coming to see the falls....stay at the Marriott.
