We booked this two days before we departed. It was a allocation on arrival so we didn't know what to expect. Leaving Luton when it was snowing then four hours later it was lovely and sunny and 25oc was great.

As everyone else says about cay beach bungalows the pool and grounds are very much 4 star or 4T as Thompson say but the rooms are 2 or 3 star.

How on earth Thomson comes up with a 4* rating for this resort we do not know. Ignoring cleanliness, we believe that a 2* rating would have been more appropriate. The public areas are fine but the accommodation is shabby, smelly and filthy dirty.
