Greeted by a happy, smilling Gareth, who i must say cooks the best full scottish breakfasts in Edinburgh, we were shown to the room, which was gorgeous!! en suite!

Great place to stay, in a quiet street just off Leith Walk making this a convenient location for both Leith (shopping, restaurants, and the Royal Yacht) as well as Edinburgh city centre, which is rare.

A wonderful B&B! Great rooms, wonderful breakfast and a superb host. It is located close to several good restaurants and within walking distance of a movie theatre.

The bedrooms have wonderful beds and very good amenities.
