I arrived at the Oylum Gardens Hotel on 13th July 2010 at around 20:00. Initially we were met by one of staff members who carried our bags to the room, which was a nice gesture. We there met Rose, who initially seemed really polite and friendly. On arrival there was a... more

We also stayed in the attic rooms of the Oylum Gardens and as previous guests have stated it had the sloping ceilings. This do not deter from the enjoyment of the holiday in any way. The room was large, clean and the beds were changed regularly. The pool area was also clean... more

Olyum Garden Hotel is a basic but really friendly family hotel. We booked very much at the last minute and so ended up with rooms in the attic (and occasional banged heads) – spacious room with a double and a single bed, a small balcony and a fridge (not for own items).... more

Been to Icmeler before and I would go back but not to this hotel. We were put in one of the attic bedrooms, which we had not been warned about, with the sloping roof. very claustrophobic and nowhere near as big as the rest of the rooms. For the two weeks that we were there... more

Although I am writing a review for October, I also visited in August. Both visits were completely different affecting my overall rating. In August I would of give Oylum Gardens 9 out of 10, because the staff were friendly and always there and basically they seemed to take... more

This Hotel changed ownership this year. As a basic B&B it is in an ideal location, very clean and has a very friendly family atmosphere. The rooms are larger that a lot of hotels I've stayed in Turkey. The pool area is backed by a garden area providing shade if required... more

Great hotel, basic but clean and that’s all that matters. Didn’t rate much of their breakfasts but it was cheap enough to buy an English breakfast later on in the day. Our rooms were at the top and the roofs sloped very low so please be aware of this, it wasn’t a... more

Fabulous!! Lovely place, lovely people and lovely food!
The food at this hotel was fantastic, the location was excellent and the rooms were small but clean and tidy. This has to be the budget hotel we have stayed in. This was our first time in Turkey and we will definately be returning again in the future, Thanks Wendy for a great holiday! Gillian & David ( Manchester)
Highly Recommended
Just returned from a lovely weeks break. First time I had booked a last minute holiday so was unsure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. The staff were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size with a double and a single bed, very clean not a creepy crawly in sight unlike many properties we have stayed in when in the Canary Islands. The air-conditioning you do pay extra for but to be honest I think many places do it that way. Well positioned for those... more

A laid back and very friendly atmosphere
Myself, husband and young daughter "Rilay", stayed at the Oylum garden Hotel for 2 weeks, 9th - 23rd July. It is a small family run hotel, with a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were quite big, we had one double bed, one single, and a couch, with aircon at a cost of around £35 per week, which was a little expensive. The rooms were clean, tho towels could have been changed maybe every 2nd day rather than every 3rd day. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Robert and Wendy, who ran the pool bar were brilliant, so very pleasant at all... more

Great Hotel & staff we would definitely go again.
We were originally booked into the Dilhan hotel next door but on arrival were taken to the Olyum Gardens next door as the Dilhan had been overbooked (we found quite a few lucky people were sent to this hotel because of the overbooking). All i can say is that we were very pleased with our room which was clean and a decent size with a double and single bed in. We found Rose to be very pleasant and always asking us if everything was ok. We had a few meals here which were very tasty and reasonable priced, (if you are from Boro you will find a... more

my partner and myself recently returned from a two week stay at oylum gardens hotel. when we arrived we where shown to a lower floor room facing the side street, not much of a view. we requested a different room and was shown the attic rooms, these rooms are great! its quite up there with a lovely view, even a balcony. rooms are basic but clean all you need whilst your away. we found the hotel staff to be warm and friendly as were all the guest we met there. the rooms were cleaned almost daily and towels changed often i just... more
Lovely clean, small and friendly Hotel
Just returned from our 5th visit to this hotel and now looking to book it again for September. We were warmly greeted by Rose (owner/manager) Kadir (her husband) and Bekir (who we know from previous visits to this hotel and to Cubana restaurant where he worked last year). Our luggage was taken to our room which was big and airy, containing a king size bed, single bed, bed settee and fridge, our relatives had an identical room on the same floor. After quickly unpacking we went down to the bar to have a chat and cuppa with Bekir and... more
